On 25 February 2020, ATAK TRADE from Mexico and VIALLE AUTOGAS SYSTEMS signed a cooperation contract for the distribution of VIALLE systems in Mexico. Given the market size and response, several thousand systems are expected annually from 2021 onwards.
ATAK has been presented to VIALLE by RVO (Dept. of Industry & Trade) and is a successful importer with good connections in the transport sector. ATAK has a Dutch management, is located in Querétaro and provides an investment in highly qualified in-house conversion centers and selected strategic partners to provide the market with quality products.
Mexico has about 125 million inhabitants and 48 million vehicles registered. This quantity is growing by 7% annually, as is interest in Autogas and Natural Gas as alternative fuels. LPG costs € 0.47 / liter, about half of the price for petrol. There are 3,155 LPG filling stations in Mexico.
VIALLE AUTOGAS SYSTEMS positions its diesel mix technologies DualBlue (LPG) and DualGreen (CNG) for trucks, replacing approx. 30% and 45% diesel respectively with a clean and economical fuel via a proven leading technology of high quality. For Pick-Up's with MPI engines, VaporBlue and VaporGreen are offered, two vapor technologies that combine high power with minimal maintenance. For passenger cars, VIALLE's trusted liquid phase injection technology LiquidSi is offered.
With this, VIALLE expects to further expand its growing position in Central America.
