Vialle Autogas Systems B.V. filed for bankruptcy in May 2022. As a result of this, the activities of Vialle were discontinued and the company liquidated. All claims against Vialle Autogas Systems B.V. must be submitted in the bankruptcy proceedings.

Prins (Westport Fuel Systems Netherlands) reached an agreement with the Insolvency trustee on 1 July 2022 regarding the acquisition of the Intellectual Property/IP, brand name, spare parts stock and some equipment.
